Terms of sale
Last updated: 27 Jul 2026
1. Scope and seller
These terms govern the sale of digital photographic files by Maël Fabre to any private individual. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
The products sold are high-resolution, watermark-free digital files delivered by download. No prints or physical media are supplied.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code.
A volume discount applies automatically within a single event: the price charged is always the most favourable to the customer. Amounts already paid for an event are credited against later orders for that same event, so buying in several steps is never more expensive than buying at once.
4. Orders and payment
Orders may be placed with or without an account. Payment is made online by card via Stripe. The seller never has access to the customer’s card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and digital: once payment is confirmed, an email containing download links is sent. Links are personal and time-limited.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver.
By confirming the order, the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once download is made available.
7. Use of files
Purchase grants a personal, private, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. Resale, transfer, commercial or advertising use require the seller’s written consent.
8. Warranties and claims
Statutory warranties apply. Any corrupted or non-conforming file will be replaced or refunded.
9. Disputes and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may use a consumer mediator or the European ODR platform.
To complete: consumer mediator details — mandatory for traders selling to consumers.
